JK-9703SB - Steering Stabilizer Shock Bracket Kit (fits 1 5/8 in. Rod)
Details
When installing heavy duty steering with larger than stock rods or aftermarket differentials, you’ll likely encounter the need to relocate your steering stabilizer shock, or the need for a new bracket that fits a larger tie rod.
This Steering Stabilizer Shock Relocation Bracket from RockJock should do the trick! Designed to fit common 1 5/8 in./42mm tie rods, this U-bolt style bracket kit is an easy, bolt-on solution for remounting your stabilizer shock to keep your vehicle handling as it should!
Bracket is designed to fit most aftermarket shocks that feature a 1.405 in. mounting width, as well as factory JK and TJ shocks. Does not work with factory JL and JT shocks as the inboard end of those shocks features a 1.5 in. mounting width (see RJ-441108-101 for this same bracket that is compatible with the stock JL and JT shock).
Kit Fits:
- RockJock Currectlync JL, JT and JK Tie Rods
- All other 1 5/8 in./40-42mm tube size Tie Rods
- JK Wrangler and Unlimited Factory Stabilizer Shock
- TJ Wrangler and Unlimited (LJ) Factory Stabilizer Shock
