RockJock's Modular Extreme Duty 1 Ton Rod End Cartridge features a tapered pin that installs into the 1 ton tapered tie rod and drag link holes 1 ton differentials.
This cartridge is used in conjunction with our various Modular Extreme Duty rod end forgings.

• (1)  9/16 in.-18 Thread Nyloc Nut
• (1)  Zerk Fitting

Cartridge Specs.:

• Taper on the stud  =  1 Ton (1.500 in. per foot)
• Thread on the stud  =  9/16 in.-18 RH
• Threaded stud length (top of body to tip of stud)  =  2 1/2 in.
• Thread on the body  =  1 3/4 in.-12 RH
• Threaded body height  =  1 9/16 in.
• Hex Size (on the threaded body)  =  2 in.
• Installation Torque  =  250 ft. lbs.

Notes:

• Taper fits the 1 ton tapers in the tie rod and drag link holes in most 1 ton differentials
• If you are using this in a tie rod application our JK-9703TRB stabilizing boot is highly recommended
• Requires the use of our JK-9703W wrench or a 2 in. socket for removal or installation
• May be installed into the rod end forgings from from the top or the bottom
