JL-9703TRC - Currectlync Modular Extreme Steering Cartridge (JL/JT Knuckle Taper)

RockJock's Modular Extreme Duty JL/JT Rod End Cartridge features a tapered pin that installs into the tapered tie rod and drag link holes on the steering knuckles (only) of JL Wrangler, JL Unlimited and JT Gladiator vehicles (only).
This cartridge is used in conjunction with our various Modular Extreme Duty rod end forgings.

Kit Fits:

• Universal Application
• JL Wrangler Unlimited (4-door) - All Models (with factory tapers in the knuckle holes)
• JL Wrangler (2-door) - All Models (with factory tapers in the knuckle holes)
• JT Gladiator - All Models (with factory tapers in the knuckle holes)

Kit Includes:

• (1) Rod End Cartridge
• (1) Articulating Style Boot
• (1) Boot Retaining Ring
• (1) 9/16 in.-18 Thread Nyloc Nut
• (1) Zerk Fitting

Cartridge Specs.:

• Taper = factory JL and JT knuckle taper (only)
• Thread on the body = 1 3/4 in.-12
• Thread on the stud = 9/16 in.-18
• Hex Size (on the body) = 2 in.
• Installation Torque = 250 ft. lbs.

Notes:

• Taper fits all 3 tapers on JL and JT knuckles (drag link hole on the passenger's side knuckle, both tie rod holes) only
• Requires the use of our JK-9703W wrench or a 2 in. socket for removal or installation
• May be installed into the rod end forgings from from the top or the bottom
