CE-9080 - YJ Shackle Bushing Set (Front or Rear, ProComp Springs)

To improve suspension performance on and off the road, you may need to replace worn shackle bushings in RockJock shackle equipped 1987-1995 YJ Wranglers.
This bushing kit features the exact same high-quality Energy Suspension urethane bushings that came in the shackles new!
This set of replacement bushings is for use wit our YJ shackles for Pro-Comp, Black Diamond or Trail Master springs only.
Bushings have fluted inner cores featuring 8 grooves to retain grease for smooth operation and longer life.
Kit includes 8 bushing halves - enough to rebuild 1 pair of shackles.

• (4)  Urethane bushing half (top of shackle, front or rear)
• (4)  Urethane bushing half (bottom of shackle, front or rear)

Component Specs.:

• Upper Bushing Surface Height (that inserts into the spring)  =  1.250 in.
• Upper Bushing Surface O.D. (that inserts into the spring)  =  1.250 in.
• Upper Bushing Flange Thickness  =  .250 in.
• Upper Bushing Flange O.D.  =  1.750 in.
• Upper Bushing Thru-Hole I.D.  =  .750 in. (to accept steel inner sleeve)
• Lower Bushing Surface Height (that inserts into the spring)  =  1.250 in.
• Lower Bushing Surface O.D. (that inserts into the spring)  =  1.500 in.
• Lower Bushing Flange Thickness  =  .250 in.
• Lower Bushing Flange O.D.  =  2.000 in.
• Lower Bushing Thru-Hole I.D.  =  .750 in. (to accept steel inner sleeve)
