This RockJock Urethane Bushing Half is found in all of our front and rear YJ Wrangler shackle kits and is used in conjunction with stock YJ springs or aftermarket springs that retain factory the bushing dimensions.
Bushings are made from Energy Suspension’s secret recipe of urethane for maximum durability. Fluted grooves in the internal bores of the bushings fill with grease when used in conjunction with our greasable bolts. The fluted, greasable design ensures smooth, quiet operation.

• YJ Wrangler (w/ RockJock front shackles and stock configuration spring eyes)
• Universal Application (2 1/2 in. wide springs w/ 1 1/4 in. I.D. spring eyes)

• (1)  Urethane Shackle Bushing Half

Applicable Springs:

• YJ Wrangler factory leaf springs
• YJ Wrangler aftermarket lifted leaf springs (that retain factory spring eye specs.)
• Any 2 1/2 in. wide leaf spring with a 1 1/4 in. spring eye bore

• Bushing Surface Height (that inserts into the spring)  =  1.250 in.
• Bushing Surface O.D. (that inserts into the spring)  =  1.250 in. tall
• Bushing Flange Thickness  =  .250 in.
• Bushing Flange O.D.  =  1.750 in.
• Bushing Thru-Hole  =  .750 in.

Notes:

• This bushing is intended to be a replacement for the bushing in any of our YJ Wrangler greasable shackles, when used with springs that feature the stock I.D. spring eye specs. (some aftermarket springs such as ProComp have larger that stock I.D. spring eyes).
• This bushing can be used as a replacement in a completely stock YJ application – as opposed to replacing factory bushings with rubber
• May be used as a replacement in any, universal application where the leaf spring is 2 1/2 in. wide and features a 1 1/4 in. I.D. spring eye.
