CE-9075F - CJ Front Shackle Bushing Set

To improve suspension performance on and off the road, you may need to replace worn shackle bushings in RockJock front shackle equipped 1976-1986 CJ-5, CJ-7 and CJ-8 vehicles.
This bushing kit features the exact same high-quality Energy Suspension urethane bushings that came in the shackles new!
Bushings have fluted inner cores featuring 5 grooves to retain grease for smooth operation and longer life.
Kit includes 8 bushing halves - enough to rebuild 1 pair of front shackles.

• CJ-5 (w/ RockJock front shackles)
• CJ-7 (w/ RockJock front shackles)
• CJ-8 (w/ RockJock front shackles)

Kit Includes:

• (8)  Urethane bushing half

Component Specs.:

• Bushing Surface Height (that inserts into the spring)  =  .9375 in.
• Bushing Surface O.D. (that inserts into the spring)  =  1 in.
• Bushing Flange Thickness  =  .250 in.
• Bushing Flange O.D.  =  1.375 in.
• Bushing Thru-Hole I.D.  =  .500 in. (to accept steel inner sleeve)

Note:

• Intended for use as replacement parts for RockJock shackles and leaf springs that feature the stock I.D. on the spring eyes.
