RockJock’s JL Long Arm Suspension Kit Bracket Set is designed to give you a simple to install long arm system that does not require you to replace all of the other components on your vehicle. If you have a finished, lifted vehicle that you are happy with, equipped with factory or aftermarket differentials, you simply just replace all of your factory frame brackets with the RockJock brackets and then remove your control arms and install our control arms to your axles and the new brackets.
This kit includes all 4 of the control arm frame brackets, rear body mount relocation brackets and all of the hardware necessary for the Long Arm Kit installation (control arms sold separately).
Installation requires removal of all of your factory control arm frame brackets, requiring you to cut them all off, grind your frame smooth, install the new RockJock brackets and weld the new brackets to the frame (see ).
This is not an entry level installation and should only be installed by a well-equipped, experienced shop!

Component Specs.:

  • Brackets are laser cut, precisely formed and welded 3/16 in. steel
  • Hardware is Grade 8

*** IMPORTANT *** Fitment Notes:

  • Due to the straight front lower control arms in this kit, it is ONLY intended for use on vehicles with a minimum of 70 in. wide axles to retain steering radius!
  • With 37 in. or under tire height, in MOST cases, a stock axle can be used but a shallow wheel backspace is preferred to keep the wheel pushed out away from the front lower control arm, to again accommodate the tires and retain steering radius.
  • If you have ANY questions regarding fitment, please, CALL BEFORE YOU CUT!

Notes:

  • ***IMPORTANT*** - This kit requires modifications and welding to the frame of your vehicle! It is highly recommended that only a well-equipped, experienced shop perform the installation of this kit!
  • Brackets are designed for use in conjunction with our front and rear control arm sets only!
  • This kit is ideally designed to work our 3.5 in. lift components.
  • This kit is designed to be used with 10.5 in. - 11.5 in. travel shocks
