RockJock's Johnny Joint Long Arm Control Arm Set for all JK Wrangler and Unlimited models with RockJock long arm frame brackets installed provides you with extremely heavy duty, double adjustable length control arms to replace all 8 of your factory control arms. Adjustable control arms are an absolute must after your lifting your vehicle to get your caster and pinion angles back in check!
These arms feature DOM steel construction on front upper arms, 6061-T6 billet aluminum construction on rear upper arms and 7075-T6 billet aluminum construction on all lower arms. All arms feature RockJock’s 2 1/2 in. Johnny Joints at both ends (with the exception of the fabricated steel forks on the axle ends of the front upper arms).

Component Specs.:

  • Front upper arms are fabricated from 1 1/4 in. x .188 in. wall DOM steel tubing
  • Rear upper arms are 1 1/2 in. O.D. 6061-T6 aluminum bar w/ engraved RJ logos
  • All lower arms are 2 in. O.D. 7075-T6 aluminum bar w/ engraved RJ logos
  • Upper arms feature 1 in.-14 RH/LH threads
  • Lower arms feature 1 1/4 in.-12 RH/LH threads.
  • Aluminum arms feature clear anodize finish
  • Front upper arms feature semi-gloss black powder coat finish on the arms and fork ends
  • Johnny Joints feature gold zinc plating finish

*** IMPORTANT *** Fitment Notes:

  • Due to the straight front lower control arms in this kit, it is ONLY intended for use on vehicles with a minimum of 70 in. wide axles to retain steering radius!
  • With 37 in. or under tire height, in MOST cases, a stock axle can be used but a shallow wheel backspace is preferred to keep the wheel pushed out away from the front lower control arm, to again accommodate the tires and retain steering radius.

  • Arms are designed for use in conjunction with our control arm bracket set only!
  • This kit is ideally designed to work our 3.5 in. lift components.
  • This kit is designed to be used with 10.5 in. - 11.5 in. travel shocks.
  • Arms are fully rebuildable – should the need arise.
